Does Costco Price protect?
Does anyone know if Costco has price protection. I purchased a 4085 projector there back in April. It was $1299 plus I got a $100 rebate. Today I saw it priced at $999. If I bring in my reciet will the give me the new price? I know I can return the one I have and by another, but I would prefer not to have to go thru that.

I don't think they can price adjust a previous purchase. They would ask you to return the old one and buy a new one (much easier to just buy a new one and immediately return it with the old receipt).

Costco has the most liberal customer satisfaction policy of any retailer. Take your old projector to customer service and tell them about your problem. I'm sure they will make you happy.
