Is DVD Box Office a reliable site?

I was just wondering if DVD Box Office is a safe place to order from because their site looks a little cheesy. Has anybody ever had any problems with them? Thanks for your help, and if I posted this in the wrong place please feel free to move it.

This belongs in the Store Forum.

I've ordered from many, many years ago with only one problem encountered which subsequently took a month to resolve.

They are "OK" in my book but by no means fantastic and some other sites are. They have the nagging habit of listing some items that are long out of print as being obtainable. They just keep you on a hold list as they try to procure the OOP item.

Do a search on them in Store Forum and see if any other DVDTalkers have any more recent experiences.

I definitely would not recommend them. It took months for me to receive one of my orders, and the others were never received.

Years ago I ordered from them Fox version of Wallace and Gromit which was just going OOP. It was mailed out from U.S. side of the Niagara Falls although it was a Canadian company, and it finally arrived home in a week.
