They've only been on eBay for a year but they have an insane amount of feedback: 126,987. Some of their deals seem too good to be true; however, they clearly state on their site "All items are from licensed Distributors here in the USA. We do not deal with any Bootleg or Used items! All items are Brand New & Factory-Sealed."

Has anyone bought from them? If so, how was the service?

Most of those prices seem pretty normal to me, not in the "too good to be true" realm. There are a lot of negative feedbacks since the sheer amount of feedback is so high, but overall the feedback looks normal.

I ordered from him with no problems when I was trying to complete my Universal full bitrate DTS collection. Seemed like a normal seller to me-- nothing outstanding either way.

Cool. I ordered an item from them that was WAY below cost (20% of normal retail). Even with their ripoff shipping prices, it was a smoking deal. Maybe it was a price mistake. We'll see if they actually ship.
