Blockbuster Online and Mult-idisc sets?

Blockbuster Online and Mult-idisc sets?

I've been renting from blockbuster's new online service since Janurary and whenever I have T.V. sets or multidisc sets they ship disc 2,3 and so on but not disc one, instead I get disc 2 and 3 and a movie even though Disc 1 is available and all are in order in my Q. And I have to hold onto them until I see disc 1 therefore limiting the quanity of my monthly rentals. I wonder if this is a data system malfunction or just strategy.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

I've had that in the past. Fortunately, it was for episodic shows that I didn't mind watching out-of-order, so it didn't slow me down. I don't know if its a strategy, but it is something that happened to me more than once.
