Praise for Brookstone

I had a Wafer-thin CD player that was 2 1/2 years old. The CD Motor burned out Monday. Since it was so expensive, I called their customer service 800 number to find out if there was someplace I could send it for repair. The lady told me to take it to the nearest store and they would exchange it. "But it's 2 and a half years old" I said. She said that was okay, so I brought it back at lunch and they gave me a brand new one with no questions asked. Unbelievable.

SOME of the upper end technology stores will do this. I'm thinking of Sharper Images which helped me out with a massage unit a few years ago.

It's called GREAT Customer Service in my neck of the woods.

As such, I am a LOYAL customer.
