Problems with buy.com
So I bought from buy.com and setup a new account, I placed the order and when I hit placeorder it brought me back to my cart, they sent me an email saying welcome to buy.com but no information about my order. On my account information page, it says it will take 5 minutes for the order to show up and it hasn't yet. Has this happened to anyone else? Should I be concerned about me order?

Did it actually tell you the order was placed? Sometimes, if the status/availability/price of an item changes, an ordering system will bring the user back to the cart rather than submitting the order. Did the cart look exactly the same?
