Not yet. I am about to call again. I contacted them earlier this week and they sent me the following email response:

Hello from Amazon.com.

As was indicated in the online description of the Electronics
purchase promotion, we will send your promotional certificate via e-
mail within 6 to 8 weeks after the promotion ends.

This promotion ended on January 16, 2005, so you should be receiving
your promotional certificate no later than March 14, 2005.
