Anyone had any problems with DVDSoon.com refunds?
I recently asked DVDSoon to refund my credit card.
They didn't do a full refund.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Is this because of some currency conversion?
I emailed them but haven't gotten a response.
I probably won't be doing business with them anymore.

Any refund from a Canadian etailer would be in Canadian dollars, so the amount would almost always be slightly differenct because of constant slight currency fluctuations.
What was the amount of your item in Canadian dollars, and how much variation from the original charge to the refund was there? You may be complaining about this place for no good reason.
P.S. - Hardly a "bargain" - Store Forum would be more appropriate.

They don't respond to e-mails. I ordered a game from them back on October 17th (Zelda - Four Swords for Gamecube), and they've yet to ship or respond to my e-mails regarding shipment. I ordered it a price which was probably a misprice ($19.98 Canadian), but never the less the haven't responded to any of my e-mails. I'd call them, but I'm still holding out hope they'll ship the game...
