Yes. They're OK, unless they screw up that is.

Just make sure what you buy only has one entry in their database or you might end up getting the wrong version.

pretty normal.. I placed an order a few months ago for like 6 CDs...4 were okay..one was the wrong "edition" and one CD was warped/bent ..I emailed them the first time saying one CD was bent, and they said to return it for a replacement..I never got any $ back for returning it (at my cost)..second time I emailed I said the one that was the wrong edition, I wanted the proper one..they ended up refunding me that CD, plus the cost of shipping it back (which I never actually did) ..so I made out on the deal (sorta) by returning a bent one I never got a replacement for, and getting $ back on the one that's the wrong "version" ..but they're horrible..as Eric F said..if more than one version of it exists..don't buy it, because who knows what the hell you are gonna get..

I've placed a couple of orders with this place and both were completely problem-free.

Never had a problem with them, but they are a local B&M for me so if there's ever a problem I can go down their and get it solved, so no worries. I don't know if I'd order from them if they weren't local.
