Anyone else having trouble checking order information at Amazon today?

I have tried numerous times today to check on my orders at Amazon only to get the message "this function is temporarily unavailable". Is anyone else having this problem?

Yeah it was real bad today...Ordered an XBOX for a Christmas present with my Amazon gc's...First the XBOX holiday pack was in stock, then out of stock, in stock, then out of stock...Finally was able to place an order and it says its going to ship out the 21st and be here by the 24th, but for some reason I'm doubting it.

It would appear that more than those who posted to this thread are having issues accessing their accounts (I am as well). There's a front page story on the msnbc news site regarding this very issue today.

You have a link to the story? I couldn't find it doing a brief search of the web site.

It was a mess. As a marketplace seller I got a couple questions from buyers and potential buyers I was having trouble answering because I couldn't get to my transactions or listings.

Thanks for the link! For some reason I never had any difficulties accessing the web site today. I temporarily had problems getting to my wish list and STL page. I have been unable to get to my order history page the entire day, and it's still not available tonight.

was getting that lat night after not getting a confirmation email or confirmation page after the final submit. now it says I have no recent orders. but the three $25 GCs I had no longer work. I'm emailing amazon now. if I lost those gcs I'm going to be pissed and a boycott is likely

looks like mine went through, amazon replied with order numbers and I got confirmation emails from the two affiliate stores the goods are coming from.
and I think amazon offshores their email support. my reply was signed by Vijay Vir Rana
