I haven't been able to access Best Buy's Reward Zone site since last week. All that comes up is a black screen. Is anyone else having this problem or am I the only one?

That's weird, I just can't seem to access it. I do notice that there is some Flash animation that won't load. What kind of browser are you using? I'm using Internet Explorer 5.1 on a Mac, but I have all the necessary plug-ins to view Flash animation.

IE 6.0.2800.

Perhaps deleting your cookie for the site may help you.

I did that and still can't access it.

Other than trying another browser I can't think of anything else, sorry.

I updated my browser from 5.1.5 to 5.1.7 and now I'm getting this error message when I go to the page.

I've just done that and it still won't work. Now I don't get a message and just get a black screen again.
