Digital Eyes - Delayed Used Shipments?

Digital Eyes - Delayed Used Shipments?
Hi Everyone
I was just wondering if anyone has experienced longer-than-normal shipping times / delays on used DVD purchases from Digital Eyes.net recently.
A couple of weeks back it looked like Digital Eyes greatly expanded their used selection. Instead of the the usual update, they almost doubled the number of used categories and added hudreds / thousands of used discs for sale.
Digital Eyes has been one of my favorite stores for a while now, and it usually only takes about 3-days for orders to arrive, even via media mail. (I live pretty close to their Illinois address.)
But my last order of used discs was different. I placed my order on June 3rd, recieved shipment notification on the 14th, credit card charge on the 17th, and still no delivery as of the 25th.
Anyone else have similar experiences? Maybe Digital Eyes has changed used DVD suppliers / changed their shipment process?
I figured I'd ask here before getting worried or bothering their customer service staff.

Please e-mail me ([email protected]) so I can look into this. We do not outsource any of our shipments and items are shipping out quickly. I suspect that your order was delayed due to the warehouse having trouble finding one of the titles.
