How do I notify Amazon.com about bad Used and New listings?

I've noticed there's a substantial amount of bootleg DVDs listed by sellers, and there are also some folks saying they have brand new items, but then the listing mentions that the items aren't sealed, are from the seller's personal collection, etc. Is there anyway to (easily) alert Amazon about stuff like this? I tried looking around the site, but I couldn't find anything.

Speaking of Amazon Marketplace, do they provide a way to sell items that aren't currently available, such as Ed Wood? I know that you can at half.com.
