Aughhh, still not working!
You know this makes me ask: why doesn't DDD just add the coupon automatically? Everyone knows about it, and whoever doesn't know about it isn't going to hassle with the site when it's being hit up like this.
....sorry folks, just venting here....

Ordered Xena: Season 4 and finished up my Roughnecks collection. $38 for Xena beats going to the B&M Stores and paying $60+
First time using DDD so see how this experience goes. So far, so good.

Just placed a second order using a different code. Finally got a confirmation email. Hopefully, they won't cancel it or come back with some excuse about one coupon per person.

Is the entire site slow/throwing up errors or is it just the final checkout page?
That's the wierd thing. Everything eles runs quick and easy but when I put in the coupon I get the error. I try refreashing and going back and redoing it but no go, I even try hitting 'home' then 'shopping cart' but the error screen shows up.
Funny thing is I log out and log right back in and then my cart shows up again. Then I enter the code and again the error screen. This is day 3 (well 4 if you count the early Thursday launch) of this.
I wonder if I can place the order and just have DDD return 20% of the total to me via a phone call? Hmmm....
Where's the folks that work at DDD at on this site? Help me oh gatekeepers of digital cinema!

2) Clear your browsers cache, turn off any javascript/popup killers
3) Try a different browser: Mozilla, Firebird

I told myself i was going to stop buying so many DVDs but i just cant resist some of the prices on their TV box sets. I got Saved by the bell, Dead Zone 1 and 2, and Twin Peaks all for under $20 a set. Its a great deal, especially when you compare some of the prices to Best Buy. Hell, i got both Saved by the Bell sets for less than they charge for one set at BB. Same with Dead Zone.

I think I figured out a problem that might be affect a lot of you out there. It took me many hours of restuffing carts on three different browsers, etc. to figure it out.
If you put the title "Flesh + Blood" in your cart, it will kill your discount. I'm not sure if it is something like "+" in the title that is confusing it or something else, but for a while I was thinking there was a limit in terms of amount in carts per coupon, but if you add this title, your coupon discount will "disappear" until you remove it from your cart and resubmit your code.
No discounted Rutger Hauer/Paul Verhoeven for you all, unless you get Soldier of Orange or Turkish Delight instead.

Basically, you are paying for an upgrade from media mail to first class... and to send 20 DVDs first class costs much more than $5. I can't believe their bulk discount would be that substantial... whatever, time to place another order!

I placed two orders on Friday, one in the morning and one later in the afternoon. For the morning order I received an e-mail with an order number fairly quickly. All of the discounts were intact. Today I received an e-mail that everything from the morning order has shipped. What's strange is that my second order seems to have disappeared. I did not receive any e-mails and it does not appear on the DDD order status page. I called DDD and they have no record of my second order being placed? The CSR told me that it definitely would have shown up in their system by now. I guess I will have to reorder but I just dont want to get charged twice.
