Netflix Problems
I had added the criterion collection edition of "Carnival of Souls" in my queue and they sent me the cheapo Rhino edition with a lousy picture and barely understandable crappy audio.
I added the widescreen version of "Spy Game" and they sent me the foolscreen version.
In both cases I marked the DVD sleeve that the wrong DVD was sent, but never got any response.
Is there a way to make these fools send us the DVD that we actually select?

there are people out there that exchange their crappy version of a movie for the ones that netflix has. The only thing you can do is to rerent it and hope you get what wasn't stolen from netflix.

People actually do that? That sucks.
Maybe Netflix should put the barcode on the DVD itself, or better educate their staff to understand the value of the Criterion collection DVDs.
Anyway I sent an e-mail to their customer support.

If you have problems with a disc you can go to your account and report the problem and have them send you a replacement before you send the one you have back. This way you are sure to not get the same crappy disc again.

Thanks Chemosh.
I noticed on the slip cover that the "Carnival of souls" DVD is the Rhino version. Therefore Netflix intentionally sent me the Rhino version even though I selected the Criterion version.
