Yes - fancy word. These are the $1 certificates they were giving out during their McDonalds promotion - plus the site sometimes offers digital dollars if you buy another item.

EXAMPLE - I recently bought the PS2 X-Files game and got a $10 Digital Dollar coupon with my order for $10 off my next purchase.
