What's Blockbuster's return policy on pre-viewed movies?

What's Blockbuster's return policy on pre-viewed movies?
They're havin' that pretty good $9.99 pre-viewed sale, so I picked up some flicks, blindly.
I was wondering what the return policy on these pre-viewed titles were, with a receipt of course. Do they take them back for a refund or only to exchange it for the same DVD?
Cause technically, someone could watch the pre-viewed DVD, keep it in perfect condition and return it to BB.
