Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
I have used AroVideo successfully, they seem to be efficient if you are after something from New Zealand
EzyDVD in Australia has always been an excellent service for me. |
Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
I've tried Criterion's number and nobody picks up. And unfortunately, my emails go unresponded weeks after I've sent them. What gives? This doesn't seem like Criterion at all. I've got two defective movies that were brand new and just don't play properly.

Amazon's number is no good anymore.

Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
The number to call now for the Columbia House DVD Club is 717-918-3232. I wonder if the first post in the thread could be changed to reflect that.

Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
I didn't get an answer for the number for the Criterion Collection that is on the first page.
However did some searching and found this one that takes you to an automated menu that should get you to a living person if you need to call them. (212) 756-8822 |
Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
I'm so thankful for the OP and those who maintain this thread. I discovered last weekend that my disc 38 of Star Trek: The Next Generation complete series Blu-ray set was freezing up in the first two episodes. I cleaned the disc, and it became unreadable by my two players. Best Buy was no help since so much time had passed since I ordered it. A Google search yielded me outdated contact info for Paramount/CBS.
Through this thread, I was able to contact Paramount/CBS earlier this week, received an automatic replay from them stating it could take two weeks to receive a reply. To my surprise, I noticed an envelope on my front porch this evening with the exact disc I was needing. Paramount exceeded my expectations, and this wouldn't be possible without this thread. So thanks again to everyone involved! |

On a related note, I was looking through my CE3K Criterion laserdisc(!) the other night, and it included a note from Criterion about the restoration and transfer efforts. At the bottom of the note, it said if you had any questions about the release to write a letter to none other than Jon Mulvaney! I just found this page where it says: I have been with Criterion since 1984, answering customer questions since the days when they arrived in a stamped envelope. And if you want to see what this thread looked like when I first posted it in 2004, you need only look at this unmaintained page which is linked from the front page of dvdtalk.com. :) |
Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
Thanks for the phone number of Lionsgate,1-800-650-7099, but what is the email address for Lionsgate Customer Service please?
|
Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
I can tell you emailing them resulted in nothing not reply. Calling at least had a person tell me they couldn't help with my issue. YMMV with Lionsgate.

Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
I had a defective Sicario 4K. I called and then we continued the replacement process via e-mail. So I recommend calling first, but if you want to try e-mail first, it's

Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
Does the Warner Brothers Consumer Satisfaction contact involve BBC Warner too? Like if I have a DVD that is made by BBC Warner, which is edited, do I contact Warner Home Entertainment?
And what is the right customer service studio to call or email for a DVD replacement for Wallace & Gromit: A Matter of Loaf and Death? |

Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
Does the number, 1-888-703-0010, exchange other DVDs instead of just Back to the Future? Please respond.

Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
The MGM number is now 888-223-2369.
These sources won't work. I tried the replacement agreement page you posted, but after I signed the problem and tried to send it, an error popped up. It says the service is unavailable. What other option can I do? |

Anyway, someday I might get around to looking at that information and updating where I can. But I might not. |
Re: The NEW Customer Service Phone Number Thread
FYI, everything except the online retailer section has been updated.
Major updates to the home entertainment, digital copy, and streaming provider contact information. |
