I placed an order for a christmas gift and the item was listed as in stock. this was on 11/21. on Sun. 11/30 I called to check the status and was told that it was shipping the next day. now today I called and was told that it will not be shipped for atleast 30 days. plus, they will not let me cancel the order. not cool. I want to substitute another item but they won't let me substitute. they want me to place another order and keep the other order open. then when the other item comes in they will bill me, ship it out then I have to send it back afterwards for credit.
