I've had no problem with them except now I haven't even received a shipping notice. I sent an e-mail and they said they would notify their warehouse. It just seems weird that they would sell something on their site and then not carry it when its released.

I've been waiting on this one as well. Forgot about it, actually, until I was cleaning out my saved e-mail and noticed the month-old order confirmation from them.

The disc isn't even listed on their site now, so I've e-mailed them about the situation and asked to have the order cancelled if they're not planning to stock it in the near future.

I haven't purchased a Criterion Collection DVD from Playcentric since they sent me a non-CC release of Withnail & I and then refused to reimburse me for return shipping.

I received an e-mail from them on the street date saying that my order was cancelled because of some kind of pricing error on their website.

inri: Huh, I received a reply to my e-mail yesterday saying that my order had been cancelled because they weren't able to secure any copies of the movie and won't be carrying it in the future.

Either way, I should've known with a price that low that something would go wrong. :\

I've ordered from Playcentric in the past and had no complaints until now. This was not a nice thing for them to do.
