So DDD just sent me a bunch of DVDs I didn't order...
(and charged me for them too)
on 2 different orders, i ordered the following:
Concert For George
and
CKY Infiltrate...
World Series 2003
today i got a big box from them with Concert For George, and a bunch of DVDs i didn't order... the invoice also has me down for preorders which i definitely did not order..
has this happened to anyone else recently? sucks that i have to go through the trouble of sending it all back, getting a refund, etc... ugh.

Um, IIRC, technically, if you are sent something through the mail that you did not order, you are not required by law to pay for it or return it.
Of course, if you plan on ordering from them again, that course of action might strain the business relationship a bit.
I certainly wouldn't recommend returning the extras until they at least send you a return postage sticker and you have a confirmation that you will receive a refund as soon as they receive them back (which should only take, oh, 80 or 90 minutes on hold).

I would just call them. Did you save your original confirmation e-mail from the order? Like WhovianZorker said, I wouldn't attempt to send anything back until you get a return label and your account is cleared. There is a chance they may tell you to keep them...
