Reserving at Suncoast

I have a problem. I reserved Scarface at Suncoast a month ago and gave them the $5 deposit. Amazon has it for cheaper so is there any way I can get the deposit back?

Thanks.

The suncoast that I use will let me move deposits from one movie to another, if you know the manager they may put it on a gift card. Tell them you got as a gift don't tell them you got it somewhere else.

I work there

Hey, I work there and I can tell you that as long as you have your slip, bring it back and they'll give you the $5 back with no problem.
