I have two orders with them, one placed on the Oct 1st and one on the 8th. As of today both are still being listed as processing. Only reason why I decided to order from them again this month is the last package they sent to me went USPS priority mail. The madness!!

I usually have no problems with shipping times... Free shipping gets to Iowa in 3-7 days.
My problem lately seems to be that an unusual amount of the titles I order or pre-order aren't in-stock or get "backordered" on the release date...

I placed a pre-order for the Warner Legends Collection (ADV. OF ROBIN HOOD, YANKEE DOODLE DANDY & TREASURE OF SIERRA MADRE) in August for this box set which was to have been shipped Sept. 30.
After waiting a week after street date, I called Deep Discount to inquire, and they told me there was a delay in receiving this set from Warner Home Video. I eventually cancelled the set and bought them locally as separate titles.
Now I notice on DDD's site that the Warner Legends Collection has a new street date of Oct. 21. A friend still has his on order and as of Oct 18, has not received any shipping notice for a supposed Tuesday new street date.
At least DDD could have informed customers who pre-ordered this title info about the delay or the new street date.
You can only blame so much on the USPS.
