Received funny e-mail from DDD

Just received an e-mail from DDD saying they were cancelling an order that I received last December.I am suppose to send the DVD back to them or were they trying to charge me twice for the same DVD and failed to do so?

I got something like that, too, but I couldn't figure out which order it referred to. Hosers.

You should point out that you were charged for the item and ask for a refund...or would that be too EVIL?!

I apologize for the errant emails that you received on Wednesday. There was an error during a system upgrade that caused emails from some previous orders to be resent.

Again, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Sincerely,

David Barker

I applaud you coming to these forums and explaining the reason, anyway it's a shame that of all the e-tailers i've used you are far and away the worst i've had the experience to deal with sorry to say.
I'm in the UK and on at least 3 occasions it took 2 separate shipments to receive the item i ordered with one not EVER turning up at all.
I gave up in the end after a couple of pre-orders with yourselves were cancelled without informing me!! until i finally noticed and had to e-mail yourselves for an explaination where you gave the reason as being because of the delivery problems....i consider myself a fairly honest type of person and wouldn't set out to deceive anyone and strange that several other U.S & Canadian e-tailers have never had a problem!

I apologise if this seems out of 'tone' etc....shame really as you undoubtedly are amongst the cheapest e-tailers out there and i would have loved to have given you my business if you'd let me.

Poor shipping

I agree with RichDB10. DDD have lately over the last few months been slack with their international shipping. Before, I used to receive my package just over 2 weeks to arrive in NZ. Now it takes forever to get to me. If lucky, it will show up just over a month. DDD promised to look into changing to different shipping agent but looks like they have'nt done so.
