My First DDD Order
On Sunday (August 31) I ordered the "Saved By The Bell" and "High School Reunion" sets.
I immediately received an e-mail stating that I would be receiving my confirmation number shortly. It is now September 4th and I still haven't received one.
I have checked the order status of my account and it states that it is open. Also, my credit card doesn't appear to have been charged.
Is this normal? Any time frame on when I can expect my DVD's?

I placed an order for an in-stock item on 8/29 and never received an e-mail with the order confirmation number. I just checked the order status, and it says it was shipped on 9/2. Checking the items you ordered, HSR is in stock, but SBTB is listed as being out-of-stock, so once they get it in stock they should ship it. Don't worry just because you haven't received the e-mail with the confirmation number. They don't always send it, from my experiences with them.

Not a pay feature - I have the free version. Here's how you do it:
-Go to www.dvdprofiler.com.
-Click "My Profiler", then "my collection".
-Log in with your user name/password.
-Click "Change Options".
-Under "Look & Feel", set "Default Collection Sort" to "Alpha by Title."
-Click "Submit".

To Dango727, I have generally been pleased with DDD having purchased from them for two years now.
Of course, therre will be problems from time to time as with any vendor (see below).
I, too, had problems with DDD not receiving their confirmation emails around the same time you did. I called them and they apologized since they were having problems with their email system (which has now been corrected).
What makes DDD stand out is that they have a Customer Service phone line that is actually staffed by REAL people, so if you do have a problem there is a way to contact them and work it out.

I got my order 8 days from date of purchase, so I was happy.
I was only skeptical because of not receiving the confirmation, but the DVD's arrived and I am pleased.
I will order from them again.
