Djangos.com return process - how long??
Like many others, I recieved the wrong version of "Red Dragon" during their big $8.99 sale over a month ago. It's been nearly a month since I returned it to them, and I've heard nothing since.
I checked my "returned order history" on their site, and it claimed I had no returned orders at this time.
Are they just that backlogged, and I should give them more time to process my return, or do I maybe have a problem? Anyone else had a successful return from this sale yet?

After their stupid fiasco, I'm not surprised that they'd be backed up from here to the end of the world.
I still have 5 stupid discs here that I'm debating sending back, trading in, or ebaying.
Argh.

I have had excellent luck getting response via e-mail from their customer service. Have you e-mailed them recently about this situation?
