I've also had pretty much all of the problems mentioned.
According to their site my order shipped (several days later than usual), but I never got the order confirmation or shipping email.
Today I went to pre-order The Mark of Zorro (Fox Studio Classics), and though it's previously been available for pre-order at DDD for well over month, it's not there any more. I get a message that says, "this title is not yet available." I've been extremely happy with DDD, and I haven't ordered anywhere else for over a year, but I'm afraid I might have to find another place to shop. What's going on?

I just started getting shipping emails again this week (got one yesterday). The last couple of weeks, I wasn't. Hopefully, that problem is fixed.
I really hope things are fixed. Besides Columbia House, they are probably my number one source for DVDs (I just checked, and in the year or so I've used them, I've spent $1000 there).

i put in a couple more orders today. For these dvds, I don't care when I get them, so I'll give them my business. Hopefully they'll come sometime before I die...

I recently placed an order with DDD and they came 11 days later. I've ordered from them before and will do so again. I realize some people are having problems with them, but I just wanted to raise my hand and let people know that there are people who have only good experiences with them!
