Half.com emails?
Has anyone been having problems getting email from Half.com recently? I was happening to browse my account and noticed that I had made a sale and was waiting to be confirmed, but I never received an email from Half about this. So I confirmed it on the website, but still haven't received anything. Usually I would get an email with the shipping address, printable packing slip, etc. Any thoughts?

Yes, I had the same thing happen about two weeks ago with a DVD that sold on their site. For some reason Half.com never sent any email notification that I had made the sale. I accidently discovered that the DVD was sold while browsing my inventory on the site, and noticed one item was no longer available. When checking my sales the DVD order was there waiting to be confirmed.
So far this is the only time Half.com never notified me. I have made several sales since and received email notification. Also I frequently check my listed items to keep track of what my competition is doing.
But it could be a problem if you don't periodically check your items on the site. And I think it would even be possible to get negative feedback from the buyer for not confirming an order. Which may not be your fault if Half.com didn't send email notification.

The same thing happened to me in early July. I had an order waiting and it end up cxling itself because I never got an e-mail. I was so pissed for several reasons. For one, it killed my response time average, and secondly the person was buying one of my higher priced items. Fortunately, I e-mailed her, apologized and explained I didn't get an e-mail. Then I re-listed the item and she bought it a second time. I followed up with a thank you also...
