I've been unable to access my account or order status there for the last 2 days. Not a good sign.

I called the number listed in the store thread, 866-393-7259, and got the "your call cannot be completed" message.

I've been trying to check my Order status since early this morning (6:15 AM). I just tried, again, with no success. Can't get into either my Account or Order status.

I don't know what is going on with the site but at least they are still sending out orders.

mekeez,
DOH! You're right.
Thanks for the note, and that number does work, although they're closed right now. I'll try tomorrow, since I haven't received a response to an email.

The number in the store phone thread is right, I just wrote it down wrong.

Dyslexics untie!

Another number that works is 800-540-1242. It took me two days to get through, and I was even directed to leave a message, which turned out to be useless. They are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Anyway, I had to cancel a preorder for next week and was finally successful late this afternoon. The CSR told me they became aware of the site issues today, but I've been experiencing problems all week. It usually crashes the latest IE and Netscape browsers on me or just gets stuck. However, it does sporadically allow me to get through and check my order and account status. Fortunately, I was able to load it a few minutes ago and verify that the order in question had been cancelled at my request.

This place has issues PERIOD. I was the original poster of the 20% coupon a few months back and I can honestly say I will never use them again no matter what! TERRIBLE Customer Service.

I finally got through to a CSR by phone today. Yesterday I gave up after a 10-minute hold. I sent an email about my order last week, but never received a reply.

I had also ordered the Chabrol set (the misprice), on Jan. 12.
I'm moving so I need to change the ship-to address, if they are going to honor the price. I know that some of those orders were already denied, so I'm not expecting much. The CSR said she'd check with the manager, and she told me I'd get a reply by next Monday.
