how reliable are they and u have any bad experience with them before

I've dealt with them over a dozen times in the last few years and never had a problem.

Most (all?) of their business involves drop shipments of sorts and they have very poor warehouse control. You usually won't know when your product has shipped until after it arrives and most things ship even after you cancel it. The old joke used to be, if you want it to ship faster, just cancel the order and it will go out that day.

All that having been said, i have never had an incurable problem and do not hesitate to order from them whenever they have the best price. My last order was just over a week ago and the product arrived the next day (even with free shipping).

Has many others received their items prior to the Buy.com website indicating that it has been shipped?

I recently placed an order with Buy.com on the 26th of Feb. As of today, when I checked their site, it lists "Sent to warehouse" and my CC has not yet been charged. The item was in stock when I ordered and said it would ship in 24-48 hours.

Are they usually this slow in shipping out items? Perhaps they their page should say Budget Shipping: 14-21 days to leave the warehouse. 24-48hrs shipping time.

I never had a problem with buy.com. I get a email when the item has been shipped & get a tracking # similar to amazon.com

Well I finally received my shipping notice from Buy.com today. I ordered on 2/26 and it shipped on 3/5. Hopefully the delivery time is a bit quicker.
