Wow, no hassel for lost package from bestbuy.com
I always hear stuff on this forum that they don't care, ect. But here is the email that I got from them

I went through the same steps when I had a package turn up missing a few weeks back. I faxed back the form and have yet to hear from them. I plan on giving customer service a call tomorrow to see what is going on. Best of luck to you.

I wouldn't call that "no hassle", perhaps "little hassel".
I have had 2 packages lost over the last 2 years and each time the company needed no more than an email to process the replacement shipment/refund. No forms to fill out, sign, and send in (granted, I don't find this unreasonable, just more hassle than some places give you).

(Yes, there are some that aren't bad on the eyes at all, but most aren't anything special.)
