I hate Suncoast.com!

I can't believe that there is no way to cancel a pre-order online at suncoast.com!!! It's a shame! I ordered the R2-D2 dvd that comes out next week, thinking it was only at Suncoast. Then I found out Best Buy will have it cheaper. (I know, Suncoast is owned by Best Buy) So now I want to cancel my pre-order and there is no option online to do it! It's the first time I used suncoast.com and never will again!

DVD Giant, I could buy the preorder off you, and you could let Suncoast ship it to me instead. I am having trouble ordering online from Suncoast for this DVD, so this could work for both of us.

But, wait, didn't you just hear him? It's cheaper at Best Buy. Consider yourself lucky and buy it there instead. As far as hating Suncoast cuz they don't have the option of canceling your pre-order online, has the world seriously become too spoiled to, oh, I dunno, pick up a phone. Seriously, calm down over there.

This is more of a store-related question rather than a DVD-related question... moving to Store Forum.

Call them to cancel. They had an order of mine stuck in limbo, I called, they cancelled, no problem.

Check your local Best Buy now, I just picked this up yesterday for $7.99. I will then get the price adjusted after Christmas.

DVD Giant,

I didn't really care for Suncoast's web site either. I just tried to do a search for the R2-D2 movie you mentioned and all I got for a result was Making of "Star Wars": (VHS) Huh? It drove me CRAZY trying to figure out why it wouldn't find it...after searching for it manually, I find that Suncoast lists it as 'R2D2' thus, my searching for 'R2-D2' didn't provide any results. Damn Suncoast! Get it right!?
