I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 4 yrs and today I couldn't believe my eyes when the dvd I received (the case)was in the shape af an U(probably post office mishandling).I can't see how the dvd inside would still be ok.Since it was sent standard mail-I can ask for a replacement-open it and hope the dvd is ok-dispute the charge w/CC company(since I did receve damaged goods).What would u do?

I guess you should call them or email them about your damaged goods. Did you get a Dvd opener with your order?

I think you should contact DVDEmpire and see if they will replace it.

There's no need to dispute charges. Just contact DVDEmpire and I'm sure they'll take care of it. You're not the first one to receive a damaged package.
