How long does it usually take Best Buy to e-mail digital coupons out?

I purchased Van Wilder and the Sleepway Camp set online. Both were delivered several weeks ago, but still no coupons. I e-mailed BB about it and their response was "we'll look into it" (and that was last week and I've never heard back from them.)

I've gotten all my digital coupons on the Friday after the movie's release. You definitely should have received them by now. I think the coupons for Van Wilder and Sleepaway Camp are only good through Sept. 7, but if you haven't received them, I'm sure they will give you more time.

good luck. I never got mine. I wrote and they eventually wrote back saying that their records indicated it was sent out and they can't replace lost codes. So I called up and again reported that it was never sent and they opened a new claim. That was a week ago and I still haven't heard back.

My Harry Potter digital coupon ended being a real pain. Too me over 2 months to get it.

So far I've seen nothing from Van Wilder. I e-mailed them a few weeks about 2 weeks ago or so and they said that they would be sent out on 8/22. Two nights ago I sent them another e-mail stating that I STILL hadn't gotten it and reminded them of the HP coupon disaster. They are looking into the problem.....or so I was told.

10.00 coupons are nice but if this continues with each order it'll take some time before I think about ordering from them again.

I e-mailed them again Friday afternoon, this time stressing the fact that I wouldn't order from them again until I got my coupons. They sent me a $10 coupon, claiming it was for Van Wilder (which was only supposed to be a $5 coupon.) No mention of the Sleepaway Camp set coupon.

Van Wilder was a $10 one because I spent mine tonight & got Blade 2 for $6.99.
