I've been hearing all these deals about how good they are, and DVDs that show up (once in a blue moon in a leap year btween 2:55 and 3:00 am), but as of yet I have not seen anything discounted greatly. A lot of the prices I see, are actually higher than prices found on DVDPriceSearch. Is this site actually any good?

They had many bargain DVDs ($9.99) when they first started offering them; however, their recent prices have not been attractive. Let's hope they return to offering hot prices or as you point out, you can get better prices elsewhere.

Overstock deals with all sorts of merchandise and have recently just gotten into DVDs. I have found that many of their prices on other closeout items to be very good.

I imagine that once they've established themselves with DVDs, they'll specialize in moving Anchor Bay "limited edition" DVDs...

When they get to the stage of Anchor Bay LE's as they have book of the dead now (still too high priced), I will be an avid fanatic, but I doubt there will ever be an overstock of these. Since they get sold out pretty easily, especially after they go oop.
