magazine subscriptions at amazon?

okay, so I need to add a few magazine subscriptions via amazon that will be shipping to an address that difers from the one I 'normally' use when getting DVDs and the like. Will I be able to indicate a different address? Also, one of these will be a "renewal". I assume having them ship to the same address as the existing subscription (which was started outside of amazon if that matters) will automatically handle the renewal?

I've never used amazon for magazine subscriptions (obviously). Any one have good or bad experiences with magazine subscriptions via amazon?

Haven't dealt with renewals, but you can pick any address you want (I've given some as gifts)

Nice to know. Guess I'll have to call that 800 number to see what they say re: the renewal....

I've started using Amazon for magazine subscriptions.

I used to use magazine outlet... got a bunch of free subs from Half.com a few years back.

HOWEVER, when it comes time to renew at magazine outlet, the only notice they send you is a postcard that is not marked as being from Magazine Outlet anywhere so it looks like a piece of junk mail.

And Magazine Outlet's renewal prices are outrageous, often about twice what their new subs cost.

I use enews for my magazine subs. They send you an email when it is time for renewal and automatically renew unless you cancel. I have never had a problem with them.
