What exactly does it take to suspend an eBayer?

Just curious to know if there's any sort of format they follow for banishing ebayers? I had a problem with a seller a couple of months ago and recently received an email from ebay stating that my fraud claim was accepted and I would be getting a check (still haven't seen it, of course) for reimbursement. However, the seller is still listing and ripping people off. I've had two emails in two weeks from buyers who are having problems with her - they saw the negative feedback I left for her and contacted me as I did when my problem came up.

Does anyone know how far a person can go defrauding buyers before they're finally removed???

Oh... and you can see who my seller was... id: my_gallery

I think it's 3 NPBs or investigations. I bought from someone last november and they had a spotless 140+ feedback, next thing he's not mailing people their stuff and gets about 10 negs in a row before he got kicked off. I did get my stuff(Atkins Bars) after constantly emailing him and bugging him. You just never know.

I honestly wish I knew. The worst person I ever dealt with on there was sasha23, a seller who is still selling and still getting several negative feedbacks. They got suspended for a short period of time, but it did no good because I see they are still up to their old tricks of over charging for shipping and being slow in sending stuff out.

But they also can be suspended for violating the terms of agreement. I've seen people get suspended for selling bootleg material.

Amazing... just a few days after I got the first email from an ebayer I got another one from a girl who won an auction with my_gallery and only after that checked her feedback. She freaked and sent me an email asking for advice b/c the seller replied to her concern over the feedback in a derogatory way. The guy I mentioned above recently left the seller some neutral feedback... can't wait to see her flame him with negative feedback. She has a habit of leaving negatives in spite. Yikes.

Now with every ebay transaction I place I have questions as to whether it will go smoothly or not. Waiting on some DVDs as we speak.

It's a real shame that these people can't be contained somehow. And thanks for mentioning that seller, calhoun... I'll be sure to avoid him/her.
