As anyone actually received this yet? I know media mail is slow but.... Actually as this point I'm throughly disgusted w/ the USPS. I have another shipment from another etailer (that provided tracking) that's been hung up in Denver for about a week now. This would make 3 out of the last 4 shipments (all from different etailers) that have had problems. My fav is the one where the tracking number eventually told me the package was delivered to a completely different zip code

I received a shipping notice on 5/31 and still haven't received my copy. Has anyone received Strictly Ballroom yet?

By the way, DVD Express has changed to dvd.com and is under new ownership.

Roughly two weeks from email notice. That means I should expect my copy on June 21/22.

I got my shipping notice 5/30, a charge has been posted to my credit card, and I'm still waiting. Today is the 17th day since I got the shipping notice, I'll give it a few more days, then notify VISA. I had to do this one other time and found that it is a very effective way to get a seller's attention!

Shipping notice - 5/30. Credit card charged. Still no DVD.
(Though, since I live about 8 miles from DVDExpress, I can certainly understand why it would take this long. NOT!)

Got the same spam, too. We want to keep your business, etc., etc.
Well, a $10 off coupon would've helped.

Mine was shipped 5/30 from Illinois and showed up today (6/17). That's TOO long, I doubt I'll be dealing with DVD Express or DVD.Com again!

Well, considering how long we waited for the order to process, what's another 3 weeks? I'm still waiting for my package...

Is anyone still waiting for this disc?

...It's coming up to 6 weeks since shipping now, should I get in touch with dvd.com yet...are they likely to re-ship it??

...you can take it as read that I will NEVER EVER use this company again!!!!!!

Mine supposedly shipped 6 weeks ago and hasn't arrived either. I'm going to write them today (would have done it a couple of weeks ago, actually, but I had to go out of town). Based on other reports I doubt they'll even bother to respond, but I feel like I should make one attempt before calling my credit card company...

Not mine.

My credit card was charged on June 7 and the DVD was shipped around that same time. I sent an email two weeks ago and have not heard back (except for the automated response telling me my email was received). I’m really irritated by this whole thing. When was this released again, late March?

Update: I got it.

A shipping confirmation email was sent to me the first week of June. My credit card was charged on June 7. After many attempts to contact them via email and only getting the generic response that they’re busy, I finally decided to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. This is the first time I have ever done this. I submitted my dispute on July 22.

On July 25, I came home from work and in my mailbox is Strictly Ballroom from Express Media Group, Inc. What's most interesting is that the postmark date on the envelope reads July 23. Apparently, a call to your credit card company yields wonderful results.

I will never do business again with DVD Express, DVD.com or whatever they call themselves in the future. Too much hassle.
