Bestbuy.com - Incompetent or I'm just unlucky?
Have other people had trouble with Bestbuy.com or am I extra unlucky? I preordered the Godfather collection with a $10 coupon. I go the website a month later and my order has been cancelled, no e-mail nothing. I give them a call and explain the situation. I don't want to reorder, just send me a new coupon. I get the replacement coupon and order Cape Fear for instore pickup. Four days later I get an e-mail, unavailable for instore pickup...What, that's not what it said when I ordered it! The e-mail goes on to say they'd be happy to ship it to me with no shipping charge to make up for having to deal with such morons. Great I tell them go ahead and ship it. Today I get an e-mail from chipper Kathy telling me I need to place my order again and they'll credit me the shipping, but I need to contact them to get the credit and NO MENTION OF THE COUPON which is gone again. Is this par for the course or should I get angry? One time, that happens, twice, I wonder if they're trying to scam me? It's only $10 but this isn't right and I'm getting annoyed.

You're just unlucky, their order process is slow but not this inefficient. Just call them back and tell them what happened. If I were you, i'd take that $10 coupon and just buy myself a bestbuy giftcard. They ship that for free, then I'd go to a store, get what I want and use the giftcard.
