entertainme.com problems
I placed an order last tuesday for a disc which was "in stock, usually ships within 24 hours," and recieved a confirmation of the order, and my credit card has been charged, but the item has not shipped. When I call customer service I am routed directly to voice mail, and I sent an e-mail inquiry but have never heard back.
Has anyone out there had a positive experience with these people, and does anyone have any advice on dealing with them? Thanks.

Well, the DVD arrived today, so all's well. Still, it was strange to never recieve any shipping confirmation or response from customer service, but I got the product for a good price in the end, and that's what matters.
