Well this is just @#@@ing great. I cashed in the $25 Supercertificate GC I had lying around for almost a year for a Bigstar GC only a week ago. NOW WHAT?!?!?!!!! I feel so #@$@ing SCREWED.

Hey, if you haven't USED the Bigstar certificate, try calling giftcertificates.com and ask for a refund. It's worth a try....... If your Bigstar certificate has been redeemed, it's out of their hair....

I had a $5 balance left in my Bigstar account and I just called their CS and had it credited to my credit card. So for anybody still with a balance left over at Bigstar or if you just cashed out for a Bigstar gc, you can probably just have it credited to your card...good luck....
