I just received an email from Buy.Com informing me that they had a compter problem with last months' promo for their "Buy five DVD's and get three shipped free". They said if I find I was double billed (which I was) to fax my card statement and order number to their customer service dept. This is the second time in three months that I have been double billed. Has anyone else on this forun had this most recent problem? Was is handled to your satisfaction?
