A long time ago when they had that $10 sign up credit they said they were going to sell dvds, again that was a long time ago. Haven't heard anything since. It kinda sucks too because I have 25 dollars in credit there

First they said October 2000, then March 2001, then... silence.

I actually sent customer service an e-mail about this a few weeks ago. They sent me back a response that said they were "very excited to be adding DVDs soon", but the note was VERY short on specifics.

I have a ton of credit there that I've been itching to spend, but it looks like we'll have to wait a lot longer. I don't think there is any plan in place.

Their website has been down for about the past 4 days, which makes me wonder if they are a) closing down, or b) prepping to add DVDs to their list. Of course, the small note on their home page mentions neither of the two options.

I don't think they're shutting down completely. They had just unveiled a new pricing system and had kind of revamped the site. I wonder if they found some kind of glitch after their upgrade? It is really odd that they've been down this long. It doesn't typically take days to get something running after a glitch.
