Probably belongs in the Store Forum, but I'll reply. To make a long story short, I ordered a birthday present for my wife from them over a month in advance, emailed after 2 weeks to get a status, heard back from them 12 days later, I then tried to cancel my order and was told that it shipped the day before and if I had told them upfront that it was for a gift they would've told me that it would take awhile for them to get the item in stock. Ended up receiving my order 5 days after my wife's birthday. Needless to say, this was my first and last order from them.
