I in MA and I got CE3K today and the previous pre-order I got from them (Magnificent Seven) arrived one day prior to release date. I think they are making an effort to perform better on pre-orders.

I got my copy of X-Files season 3 for a total of 64.20 shipped to me a few days after it was released. I've never had a problem with DDD and I've used them many times.

I ordered X-Files Season 3 during the sale price and 10% off coupon. I called to confirm my order as I did not receive an email confirmation.
X-Files S3 arrived in a timely fashion, adaquately packaged for shipment, and I was charged exactly what I expected to be charged for it. It simply doesn't get better than this -- something like 57% off retail shipped.

A really early delivery on the new Anchor Bay DIVA
I just got the new Anchor Bay version of DIVA today from DDD, almost 2 weeks early. The specs look great, and I can't wait to see this again. I ordered it during the last DDD 10% sale (ordered on 5/24), for a total cost of $13.49. It's scheduled release date is June 12, and as a pre-order at Amazon, it's $18.74 plus shipping. Once again, I'm totally happy with this vendor. Maybe we should start a new thread with a more positive title for these folks.

I was wondering why the new titles all seem to say "out of stock" on the new items at DeepDiscount.
For example, put in "Point Break" and it says "out of stock". Since some of you received yours, did they sell out their stock already?
Is Standard Shipping the same as first class? I'm a little wary of the type of shipping, as I live in Hawaii. (I was told by the USPS that media mail takes 3 - 6 weeks to get here from the east coast, so I don't buy from sellers who use that.)

I'm lukewarm with my feelings towards this business.
My first order was filled perfectly: two titles shipped almost immediately, and another arrived within the week.
My recent pre-order of Criterion's Hidden Fortress was not so wonderful, however. After DDD informed me that my credit card (which has a $0 balance) had been rejected, they cancelled my order - two days later they posted a charge to my CC and shipped out the title without even an e-mail indicating that they had re-instated the order. I sent a couple of e-mails requesting an explanation but have yet to receive any reasonable explanation for what's going on. Call me crazy, but when an order has been cancelled the retailer doesn't have the option of re-instating it when they feel like it.
They have good prices, but my experience coupled with those of others indicates that there are still many wrinkles to be ironed out.
