Oof, it’s been a rough year...

There are still a few that I need to see that might crack the top 10: Tenet, Let Him Go, News of the World, Promising Young Woman.

Yeah, there's several I still want to check out. There's still some good stuff out there.

I've seen so few of the type of movies that I like this year, the only one that stands out is Underwater. Admittedly, there are a couple that I want to see but haven't yet: Tremors: Shrieker Island and Wonder Woman 1984. That's it for 2020.

Edit: I watched "Promising Young Woman" tonight and I'd like to add this to my top 10 list (maybe #2). Great twisted dark comedy. I'm a huge fan of Carey Mulligan and this is her best performance to date. As much as I loved Diane Lane in "Let Him Go", I think Mulligan deserves the Oscar for this. She's fantastic. I hope the film also gets a Best Picture and Screenplay nomination.

I didn't get to see many films from 2020, so by default I choose: Bill & Ted Face the Music and a little gem from the beginning of the year called, Come As You Are.

I am the only person in the world who did not love The Invisible Man. I get there is nostalgia for it being the last film many people saw in theaters ... but it isn’t that good.


Going to have to give this some thought, as my perceived timeline this year is screwed up ...

Perhaps The Invisible is that good, but just not your taste. I have the same thing with Hereditray. I really don't get it. I think it's an OK movie, but nothing more.
