Roger Waters "This Is Not a Drill" 2020 North American Tour

Anyone pick up tickets?

After having foolishly passed on seeing RUSH last time they came through town as well as a small venue Prince concert years ago, I made sure to snag a ticket for this as I'm pretty sure this will be his final tour and he and Gilmour are among the last old school acts I really want to see live. Apparently its the first time he's done an "in the round" type show, which personally sounds pretty great given his track record for high quality stage productions.

do you have the presale code to share? I would be down for seeing this. Saw Pink Floyd 2x back in the mid 80s early 90s but I dont think he was there. Missed the last tour due to a conflict and he is a bucket list performer. I absolutely love Amused to death. newer album is OK and need to listen to it some more... nevermind found the code.. Need to see if the wife has any interest. I can justify close seats for me but cant pull the trigger on 150-250 tickets for her if I dont ask first.... the code is shine on you crazy __________ (the blank is the code word. ) Also a Chase bank presale with a diff code. not sure it offers better pricing or not but I do have that card too...

I received an email through a venue I’ve been to in the past and thought about grabbing tickets. I like some Pink Floyd, but I haven’t listened to a lot of Waters’ solo stuff. Always preferred him over Gilmour though personally.

I won tickets back on the Us + Them tour. It was an awesome show. It mostly consisted of PF stuff.

Tickets acquired for the Chicago show.
Waters (and Animals/Wall era Pink Floyd) is a definite 'bucket list' show for me.

Ticket link isn't working for the Minneapolis/St. Paul show. We had tickets to see him last time he was in town a few years ago but my friend had to back out and we sold them. Always regretted that, so he and I want to give it a shot this time. We got each other into Pink Floyd in high school when we blind bought Dark Side of the Moon on a school trip and Floyd has been our thing.

His live shows are great. I just wish they'd finally release Animals on SACD.

You guys may have convinced me to go to his show. Waters wasn’t exactly on my list of performs I planned on seeing, but looking up some videos of his performances looks like he puts on a good show. There are some decent lower priced tickets too.

I haven't decided if I'm going to get tickets, but people should be aware that this probably going to be pretty political. His work always is, but last I knew, he said he was doing this tour specifically to stir up shit in the run up to the election. I have no idea what that will look like, but I know some are really turned off by that sort of thing.

The last tour, there was a whole anti Trump segment. So yea, it'll probably be even more this time around.
