Well Slash has done really well with Myles Kennedy, while the Chinese Democracy album tanked. I dont believe a reunion will happen.

As for making up, 'eh. I'd imagine a reunion would be like the first few VH attempts. Disasters.

Normally I'd say nothing will come of this, but with most of Axl's current line-up recently bowing out this would be a great time to capitalize on the fan demand and do a one-time-only reunion tour.

Remember, kids, VERY FEW people on this planet are capable of turning down the kind of money they're gonna be offered.

If they do reunite, it won't last. Once the band sees Axel back to his old shenanigans, like getting on stage 2 hours late, it will be a short tour.

If they can keep it quiet and simple the way Gilmour & Rogers have been doing it lately, It could work. But I agree that Axel would likely ruin it if it becomes a BIG event.

Is that the group that sung Psycho Killer? If so, that sucks. Really like that song as I discovered it in Behind the Mask. Loved the sound.

As for Rose and Slash, so do a few club shows which they can still make a huge profit and fans can enjoy the show. Or a couple of festivals and that's it.

I probably wouldn't bother seeing them if they toured but it would be sort of cool if they had one more run. Axl gets a lot of shit but I think he still can sing pretty decently and I actually sort of liked Chinese Democracy. The modern Guns N' Roses live shows I've seen footage of don't seem that bad either really. Having Slash back would make a live show even better even if it was just a limited run tour.

Maybe do it like Faith No More did. Start out with a few festivals, do a small tour, see how things work out. Even if I didn't get to go, a few high-profile shows in major cities like New York, Vegas, L.A. would be cool.

And I agree with Chadm - if they reunite, I want Steven Adler on the drums -Sorum has said he won't do a reunion without Adler. Hell, they might as well have two drummers, Axl and "GnR" was touring with what, 5 guitarists? lmao

Anybody asked Duff? A reunion without Duff makes a much sense as a VH reunion without Anthony.

Duff & Axl are on good terms. In Duff's book a few years back, he said they just happened to be in the same hotel, across the hall from one another. He & Axl got together & reconnected. Then last year, Duff covered for Tommy Stinson for some GnR shows in South America.

Izzy has played with all these guys at some point in the last 10 years, Duff & Slash are pals with Adler & I think Adler would be up for any kind of reunion. With Duff & Axl having no issues & now Slash & Axl talking again, it seems like a reunion is imminent. I have no problem with Dizzy Reed or Matt Sorum playing with them but the original 5 are a MUST.

While most of the other GNR members have gotten together with Axl, I notice it has only been for the occasional live appearance. Given the pace at which these other guys work (Duff, Slash, Izzy, Sorum) I can't imagine them having the patience to deal with Axl as far as attempting to record new music. A reunion tour would be a different story, but again, I get the feeling these guys would only be able to deal with Axl in very small doses .
