Wow. Another new one? I thought we were done for the year. Cool.

Started out a little awkward (Michael and Gob at the boardroom), but it revved up into a great episode. Loved the photos essays, loved the dove-less hug, loved Maebe's scary creation, loved the lessons taught to one another.

So far, this has been the closest to "classic" AD to be had in S3. I really enjoyed it.

Just as a sidebar of amusement, I watched Three Kings the other day and recognized Alia Shawkat! Completely ruins the movie for me now

A Columbian cartel that won't kidnap and kill you!
I liked when Steve Holt came in playing the Final Countdown and then when he switched it to the tape it was Gob and Franklin's song.

Great episode. The triple "lesson" at the end was classic.

I haven't had a problem with any this season, but it would be hard to choose a favorite between this and the Charlize payoff episode.
I can't get Bob Loblaw Law Blog out of my head this morning.
Other than that line I loved the board room at the begining. There were a few jokes from Ron Howard but the best was after Gob "shot his wad" of pennies on the table and RH said Michael couldn't live with the change.
My only complaint was the photo montage dragged on a few photos too long. It "sounded good set to Yellow Submarine, but who can afford that?" And then later a song in the background a lame song about living in a yellow boat. GM in the banana suit with the jet pack -
GANGE!
There is a huge joke I am missing that I couldn't stop laughing at. Surely someone will bring it up.

What was the one painter's line about doing it unscripted "like Curb"?
And then the one line about Maebe's creature looking like ALF, and then in the move you hear a character say, "That's the thing that ate our cat!"

Does anyone get the sense that they are trying to be intentionally over self-referential (the Franklin song, the jet pack, the guy with the fake arm, etc.) as if it is a "We don't care"/blaze of glory attitude?
The next episode is call "S.O.B. (Save Our Bluths)". Can't wait!

This episode was great. I think it still would have been great with out all its self-references but yeah, this was probably the funniest episode of the season.

Attention, everyone! Why go to a banana stand when we can make your banana stand? I give you Barbara and Dee! Don’t worry, these young beauties have been nowhere near the bananas.
Don't call it that
