I posted this in that briefly resurrected Lost thread a couple days ago and got no replies, so I'm going to post again until someone tells me it's old news and kills my smugness:
I've only skimmed these many Lost threads so I have no idea if this was pointed out, but I've been meaning to post for a while that that the small musical cue at the end of the giant spinning "Lost" logo is from the prelude (title sequence) of Herrmann's Vertigo score.

I'm going to have to rent Vertigo now.

Here's hoping we see some real resolution of some of the major plot points, similar to the way most questions were answered on last Sunday's Desperate housewives.
Really trying to set aside two hours to catch this finale.

Tonight is the night. I've been holding off cancelling my DISH because of Lost. Once season 1 is over, DISH will be cancel because I've moved into my gf's place. I will have to get a digital recorder of sort for her cable before season 2 starts though.

Important warning though:
Pad your recording by at least 10 minutes after 10 pm ET/PT and 9 pm CT/MT. I've heard the program may run overtime--maybe substantially overtime.

My theory.
I could be daft, but I'll laugh if I'm right.
